This patient is 24 yo with black wavy hairs , classified as Norwood 3Vertex .He is on Minoxidil 5% .He kept is forelock intact and was interested to build back the frontal zone behind it .He also wanted to keep a receding temples to avoid tremendous change in his appearance .
We decided to grafts 2465 grafts by FIT shaven .We grafted the central zone at 40 FU/cm2 and scattered a few grafts at 30 FU/cm2 in the temples to allow a good transition from the face to the top .
In our design , you will see where the patient 's hair loss is moving toward .And we need to keep that in mind while planning our surgery .
The results we are showing is after 9 months post op.
