    Any good clinics in Mexico?

I've found a number of clinics that from Mexico who appear to have fairly good reviews on Google, but I don't really believe Google reviews to be a very reliable source, as they seem easily manipulated. These are just a few:

Treatment. FUE Hair Transplant - $3,800 USD, Stem Cell Treatment - $850 USD, PRP Hair Treatment - $350 USD, Beard Transplant - $4,700 USD

Our Hair Transplant experts are ready to welcome you. Schedule a free, no obligation consultation, where you will get a preliminary diagnosis and a personalized quote.

Baja Hair Center is a skilled Hair Transplant Center in Tijuana. Accepting new appointments. Call today or request an appointment on our website.

But it's exceedingly difficult to find reviews with before and afters, testimonials that are either recent or offer even just more than 1 testimony.

I'm from the U.S., but Mexico seems like a reasonable place to be able to expect at least decent but cheap HTs, as we've seen develop in Turkey due to its proximity to Europe, and a flight to Mexico is a lot easier to plan than a probably near day-long flight to Turkey, as I'd have a lot of trouble getting enough time off of work. Why don't there appear to be any easy-to-find decent HT clinics there or elsewhere that's close to the U.S.?

I see that Baja Hair Center is with a Sara Sallas, who appears certified or approved or whatever the terminology is with the ISHRS rather than the IAHRS. Does anyone know how the two compare, and does this make them more likely a decent choice? I've contacted them for a consultation for more examples of their work just in case.

Why not? There's no reason Mexico as a whole would be void of competent HT surgeons.

I personally have not come across any reliable hair transplant surgeons in Mexico but I wish you all the best.

Ok then go. I have researched HT surgeons for years and that is one country that never came up.
