18 years old, am i receding? Should i take finasteride?

Hi all, previously in this forum I have posted this before picture in 2017 almost exactly 1 year ago. This year i decided to check on my right temple again and was shocked that it became much thinner, as my left temple and crown is normal.
May i have the veterans in this forum giving me an advice on if whether this is MPB, Or other type of hairloss. I have always had a high forehead since young as shown in the pic below.


Am i suitable for taking finasteride this young? Another thing to note, my mothers side of the family all have perfect hair except, my father and his family all are suffering from MPB, idk if my dad would be bald or not since he has already passed on since I was 5. But his brother is at norwood 5-6 at 35-40 years old.

Doesn't look like much thinning to me if anything but difficult to tell when so little loss of hair. I would keep watching it and see if it progresses but hold off on the finasteride for now.
